Joint Summer School of collaborative research center TRR225 and master program biofabrication 2024
This year, the summer school of master's program biofabrication was jointly organized with the collaborative research center of SFB/TRR225 from 1-5 July 2024. PhD students of our CRC came from Erlangen and Würzburg to Bayreuth and listened to the various talks held by speakers who either came to Bayreuth or held it online. The subjects were broad, from materials 3D printing and clinical applications to even publishing in high-impact factor journals.
Side activities and workshops organized for students could present the depth of the topic of biofabrication in Bayreuth to our guests. The working group Salehi presented a workshop on the external stimulation of cells, and PD Dr. Salehi-Müller held the opening lecture of the summer school on the development of hybrid and heterogeneous materials for tissue engineering and biofabrication applications. At the end, we took a group picture with how to print a Happy Cells T-shirt.
