2025 has started wonderfully for our group. On 6th Jan. 2025, we received great news from DFG that our joint proposal with the chair of biofabrication and prof Leonid Ionov got funded for three years with more than 700,000 euros. This generous award from the DFG proposal enables us to expand our knowledge and technology in the production of layer-by-layer 3D scaffolds for skeletal muscle TE and disease modeling, specifically focusing on mitochondrial disorder modeling in muscle tissue.
